Today I am sharing a recent interview I did with Dr. Anissa Holmes on The Delivering WOW Podcast. In this interview Dr. Holmes and I discuss the number one reason your practice should be systemized and the top systems every dentist should implement. I share with Dr. Holmes the steps to take to create an Operations Manual that will allow any practice to operate dependant of the staff. Dr. Holmes graduated from the University of Alabama in 1999. She opened her first practice in Birmingham, AL upon graduation. After six years in Birmingham, Dr. Holmes decided to move to Jamaica where her husband, an oral surgeon is from. She has since established herself in Kingston, Jamaica as a pioneer in cosmetic and family dentistry. Dr. Holmes is also the host of “The Delivering WOW Podcast”.
