Anemic Hygiene Department?

The hygiene department is the engine that drives all successful dental practices. Hygiene can be the department in your practice that generates a steady flow of treatment, produces a predictable percentage of the practice’s revenue, and provides the owner/dentist with a flow of passive income every month.

BUT… if your hygiene department is underperforming or unprofitable, the dentist is forced to work even harder to try to make up the difference.

If you’re not sure how your hygiene department stacks up, answer the following questions:

  • Is each of your hygienists producing at least three times their hourly salary?
  • Does your hygiene department account for at least 30% of your practices overall production?
  • Is the owner-dentist taking home at least 30% of the hygiene department’s production?
  • Is each hygienist in your practice “pre-selling” dentistry before the doctor even enters the room?

If you answered “No” to any of the above questions, your hygiene department may be underperforming.

Heidi Arnt, RDH is one of the country’s leading hygiene department performance coaches and she will be speaking at our Las Vegas Mastermind event on December 6-7, 2013.

If you feel like your hygiene department is holding your practice back, and you’d like to start making the changes to turn it into a profitable machine, you owe it to yourself to come watch her presentation.

There are still seats available for our Vegas event and remember, sign up today and I’ll even pay for your room!

Everything Can Change in Two Days…

If you’ve ever wondered what goes down behind the scenes at a  high-end Dental Mastermind meeting, then watch this quick video.

Simply put, Mastermind meetings are the quickest way to solve any issue that is causing frustration or stress within your dental practice…

Could you use help in any of the following areas?

  • New Patient Acquisition
  • Patient Referral Generation
  • Patient Reactivation
  • Patient Retention
  • Cash Flow and Overhead Control
  • Hygiene Department Performance
  • Operational and Management Integration

The “Power of the Mastermind,” was introduced by Napolean Hill who was commissioned by Andrew Carnegie to study the world’s wealthiest and most successful people on the planet. In his book Think and Grow Rich, Hill revealed the habits that his ultra-successful subjects had in common; Masterminding was one of the most consistent habits among these high achievers.

The Mastermind approach is so different and so much more effective than the traditional teacher-student model that is so widely practiced today,  because it allows a group of intelligent and talented individuals, all coming from a different perspective, to solve problems together using a collaborative approach. This allows each attendee to present their challenges and allow the group to collectively tackle each issue together.

Once a concrete plan is put into place, the group then serves as an accountability partner to ensure that each step of the plan is implemented.

Dentistry can be an incredibly isolating profession and most dentists don’t realize how many other private practice owners are experiencing a lot of the same challenges that they are.

If you feel like it’s finally time for your practice to live up to its full potential, join me for our Elite Practice Mastermind group on December 6-7, 2013 at the New York, New York  Hotel and Casino on the  Las Vegas strip.

If you reserve your spot before the 11th of November, I’ll even pay for your hotel room.

I promise this will be unlike any dental event you’ve ever attended before… and it will open your eyes to  the amazing possibilities laying dormant within your own dental practice.

Don’t let another year pass without striving to accomplish your full potential.
