208: Take the Mystery out of Marketing
Unless you have evolved into a large multiple practice group, most dental practice owners play multiple roles as the CEO of their dental practice(s).
For most of us, those roles include but are not limited to: CFO, CIO, COO, Director of HR, and Director of Marketing.
As we all know, one of the biggest challenges to practice ownership is being the CDO (Chief Dental Officer) or main producer, while making sure that all of the other roles are being fulfilled effectively.
