Lessons from 350 Years of Dental Experience

I just got back from New Orleans where I hosted an event for some of the members of my Elite Practice Mastermind group. It was an incredible four days!

I’ve got to say (although I’m probably biased) that the attendees are some of the smartest, most driven dentists that I’ve ever met. There was over 350 years of dental experience in the room this past weekend and together we tackled some of our biggest challenges and created the blueprints for unprecedented growth in 2016.

Incredible things happen when you assemble an ambitious group of like-minded action-takers.

In this quick video, I cover what we here at the Dental Success Institute call the “30-30-30-10 Rule” for calculating overhead, cash flow and profitability.

This video offers any practice owner the most important Key Performance Indicators to track as well as how to calculate the most important metric for any business, Profit.

What a great way to look at all the things that can happen in a business. Overhead is one of the killers of any business and if you can keep track of that, then you are on the right track. Thanks for sharing
