"My husband, Alex, and I have created a true sanctuary in Florida, where we raise our two boys in an environment filled with both adventure and serenity. Our oldest son keeps us on the move, traveling across the nation for his and his dad’s shared passion—golf—while our youngest has developed a deep love for fishing, making every outing an opportunity to explore nature together. Personally, I find immense peace and joy in gardening, birdwatching, and boating, often winding down the day with a favorite cocktail and soaking in both sunrises and sunsets, which remind me to savor life’s quiet moments. Recently, I embarked on a new journey in bodybuilding, earning four national qualifications with the goal of competing at the national level in 2025. Having lost both of my parents to cancer, this sport has become a powerful outlet for pushing my limits, reinforcing discipline, and building habits that support health and longevity. Bodybuilding has not only strengthened me physically but has also been transformative mentally, giving me a renewed focus on well-being and resilience."
