Addison Killeen graduated from Saint Louis University with a BA in Psychology and began his career managing financial operations at Telesis, Inc., a diverse holding company with interests in Nebraska’s largest brewery, carbon-reduction technology, a restaurant group, and defense contracts. In 2012, after completing dental school, he founded six small DSO offices in Lincoln, NE, which he sold in 2018 to focus on a new venture, the Dental Success Network (DSN). DSN is a thriving community for high-achieving dentists, providing resources on clinical excellence, business strategies, and work-life balance. As a BlackBelt-level coach at the Dental Success Institute (DSI), Addison operates in the elite domain of dental expertise, guiding dentists through the Elite Practice Mastermind program founded by Dr. Mark Costes. His practice, Capital Dental in Lincoln, NE, is a flagship-style office with four skilled doctors, emphasizing a ‘Fantastic Guest Experience’ and earning 1,700 5-Star Google Reviews. Capital Dental’s innovative design garnered a nomination for the 2020 ADA Design Innovation Award, showcasing Addison’s commitment to excellence in patient care and practice management.
"I have been fortunate to travel extensively, using my skills to provide dental care to impoverished and underserved communities worldwide. Each year, I dedicate time to serving at the Kobonal Mission in Hinche, Haiti. I have also had the privilege of offering care in Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. These experiences have been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to give back in meaningful ways. At home in Lincoln, Nebraska, I share life with my wife, Rachel, and our three boys. Outside of my dental work, I am passionate about endurance bike racing with my team, the Lincoln Abrahams. Together, we've biked thousands of miles across the United States and internationally, including a memorable trip to Iceland. Saturdays often find my family and me exploring Lincoln—biking to the Farmers Market, hiking in nearby state parks, or cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers."
