Regional meetups provide an invaluable opportunity for DSI members to connect with Dr. Costes, learn, and grow within their local communities. These smaller, more intimate gatherings are designed to foster meaningful interactions and personalized support. Participants can expect to gain practical insights tailored to their specific challenges, exchange ideas with peers, and build lasting professional relationships.
Mastermind
Meetings
Mastermind Meetings are dynamic private two-day events that foster collaboration and problem-solving among our Mastermind Members. These gatherings feature engaging presentations and a series of “hot seat” sessions, where participants are divided into groups of about 10-15 doctors. Each attendee gets 20-25 minutes to present the current state of their practice, outline their three major challenges, and receive targeted feedback from the group and an assigned coach. This structured yet interactive format allows for personalized guidance, shared insights, and actionable solutions, making Mastermind Meetings an invaluable experience for professional growth and practice improvement.
