Dr. Alex Jeffrey, originally from Northeast Arkansas, graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Biology and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Alongside his wife, McKinzie—a fellow dentist and black-belt coach—Alex moved to Florida, where they now own and operate a 6-operatory general dentistry practice. Together, Alex and McKinzie have thoughtfully designed their work life around their family, ensuring a balanced lifestyle for themselves and their two sons, Kale and Booker.
"Outside of dentistry, my greatest joy comes from spending quality time with my two sons, Kale and Booker. We share a deep appreciation for the outdoors, and together, we’ve created a family tradition of adventure and exploration that keeps us connected. Whether we’re out on the golf course enjoying friendly competition, setting out on early morning hunting trips, or spending a peaceful day on the water fishing, these experiences allow us to unwind, enjoy each other’s company, and appreciate nature. These moments with Kale and Booker are more than just hobbies; they’re a way for us to strengthen our bond and create memories that will last a lifetime. For me, they offer a refreshing contrast to the demands of professional life, bringing a balance that keeps me grounded and focused. Watching my sons grow through these shared experiences is incredibly rewarding, and I cherish every opportunity to be part of their lives in meaningful ways."
