Her DSO leadership roles include Vice President of Orthodontics/Invisalign, Revenue Cycle Director, and Director of De Novo Business Development, as well as regional management roles. Caitlin’s hands-on experience with all levels of practice management gives her unique insight into the teamwork, organization, and multi-tasking required to succeed in high-performing dental offices. "I grew up in New Haven, Connecticut, where I loved swimming, soccer, and lacrosse. After studying international relations at Boston University and rowing for the crew team, a college volunteer program brought me to Costa Rica, where I became fluent in Spanish and fell in love with the “pura vida” lifestyle. Now, I live in Costa Rica with my family, working remotely with the Dental Success Institute and spending my free time exploring beaches, waterfalls, and the outdoors with my two sons, Liam and Emmett."
